YES - went to see the Podiatrist this afternoon…
he said 'Healed' - get on with your life
after LAST WEEK the Physio-Therapy people said that
the second 'summary' to Medicare meant I'd been
'rehabilitated' and so Medicare wouldn't pay for P.T.
anymore, we'd achieved the desired strength and range-of-motion
goals so we were successful in recovering this patient...
SO - I feel - after 32 miles on the tricycle on Sunday,
that I've 'recovered'
I STILL "FAVOUR" my left ankle - there's no question, there.
The Podiatrist said that will probably last another month
and it is 'mostly' psychological
BUT - I'm 'back' - and within the next month or two I'll
probably get back to boardsailing and kiteboarding which will
be my 'real-test' to see if my ankle is truly up-to-it's old tricks!
