Now done 'appx' 12 rides with the
iPhone 6plus and 'Cyclemeter' app
The app & IOS 8.0.2 still take up
less than 15% of the battery in a 3-4 hour ride
The app is excellent, but expensive ($4.99),
and yields all kinds of info, but it takes 'some-time'
to 'make the most 'of' the different 'pages' of data
(all of which are 'configurable'
I now have cadence, cycle-speed, and heart-rate
monitors (sensors), and they use Bluetooth to communicate
with the iPhone - but - again - 'it takes some time'
BOTTOM-LINE: - you have a lot of opportunity
here for more data than you ever had for a cycling
outing, but it takes 'some time' to learn how to utilize it all.
